Neurotech is a health care provider conducting Electroencephalogram (EEG) studies.

An EEG records the electrical activity in the brain and is the only way to pinpoint the area and frequency of abnormal electrical activity related to a seizure.  A 24-hour EEG or longer (Ambulatory EEG) is the preferred method to properly diagnose seizure activity and frequency.

Neurotech specializes in conducting in-home EEG studies.  Patients and physicians alike have expressed their preference for in-home studies.  In-home studies are ideal because:

• The portable EEG equipment allows patients to carry on with their daily activities, in the comfort of their own home.
   

• Approximately 50% of patients experiencing symptoms of a seizure are unable to drive.
   

• Patients do not have to travel to a major metropolitan area to have an EEG conducted.
   

• Neurotech’s technologists are available by phone over the duration of the patient’s EEG study.
